Appstle℠ Subscriptions App

We don’t leave a lot of reviews, but when an app’s support team is this good, you kind of have to.

We’ve been using Appstle Subscriptions for about 2.5 years now, and it’s been consistently solid. The app itself is user-friendly and relatively easy to configure. The widgets are fully customizable, the customer portal is smooth, and once you get it dialed in, you can basically set it and forget it—which is exactly what you want from a subscription app.

What really makes Appstle stand out, though, is the support team. They’re fast, thorough, and genuinely helpful. Instead of sending over some vague help doc, they actually take the time to look into your question and respond with step-by-step instructions. A lot of times, they’ll even record a Loom video walking you through everything, sometimes custom just for your issue. That kind of support is rare.

They’ve even built features or made updates based on things we’ve asked about. Most apps would just tell you to submit a feature request and hope for the best, but Appstle actually listens—and they follow through, often way faster than expected.

We’ve had very few issues in the time we’ve used it, but anytime something did come up, it was resolved quickly. They also made switching from our previous subscription app really easy and handled the import of existing subscribers with no drama.

We've been growing with Appstle every year and love their support. Always friendly, always helpful and if they don't have the features you need yet they might have it soon. very cost effective as well.

I hate doing reviews. BUT, these guys are simply legends. And it hasn't been a flash in the pan - they've been awesome from our initial sceptical testing (lasting 12 months) through to implementation and more importantly, ongoing customer service to help us continue building our product and growing our business (we've gone from $1m to $2m in sales with Appstle onboard... and ZERO hiccups from Appstle over our 18 month relationship).

If your thinking of migrating, keep in mind that they will give you the food but may not spoon-feed it into your mouth... so stay on top of that process to ensure it meets your needs.

Appstle is the best subscription app we have used on Shopify! Ash with support is always super helpful and very quick to fix our issues or make changes for us. The app is easy to use and has plenty of features. Highly recommend this app for subscriptions.
