While this doesn't cover all my needs (I have very fringe case needs), with the recent addition of variant metafield access and direct editing of the templates, it does more than enough of what I need. Nothing else I looked at comes nearly this close. Oh, and support has been over the top, with their always friendly, quick and helpful answers to my questions, it has been a pleasure working with them.

All questions are answered and resolved quickly: quick and target-orientated suggestions and implementations! + A great tool to support EU businesses selling to EU customers with EU VAT registration - to validate the VAT ID and calculate VAT accordingly. + The automated Invoicing is great - you can adjust the style and content of your Invoices, they are sent automa(t/g)ically. + There is an option to update Invoices if the Customer needs to add any information and resent the invoice directly from the app. + Option to export Invoices as .csv - to transfer data to your other ERP/CRM/bookkeeping tools! +++ We wanted to increase the UX using the EU VAT input form and Sufio adjusted the template of our Shop within some hours adding VAT ID validation and user messages! +++ We suggested making slight adjustments according to our local legislation to the Invoice template and export file = and Sufio team was very helpful.

Very fast set-up, directly linked to the store without issues. Beautiful templates with brand colour possibilities. A lot of options to play around design-wise.

Sufio is great app that actually has a good solution for sending invoices that comply with all the rules & regulations. The team has been super helpfull in setting up some specific customizations that we need for our variety of customers. The team always responds fast but what I love above all is that the really think along and come with practical solutions & work arounds. For every business that wants to do their invoicing via Shopify AND according to the account rules, I can really recommend Sufio
