This Sufio app is very great with many useful functions, we totally recommend this app if you are looking for an app regarding Invoice operation with Shopify. Their support is also amazing! If your business operates in EU, you cannot surive without Sufio services! Company details and registration numbers in invoice, payments by bank deposit and credit cards, VAT taxes with exemptions per product, credit invoices for refunded items, and all other taxation stuff to make your accountant happy. Not to mention reports which you have to submit to State Revenue service - Sufio provides easy to export reports and summaries.
Last but not least - excellent customer service which dives deep in your issue and provides solution.

The support team was great at customising the app to have an invoice tick-box in the cart which meant only people who want an invoice get one - and we only get charged for the people to tick the box! Exactly what we wanted.

The best professional invoice editor according to European and Swiss needs. (VAT etc) The support service is always present and helpful and ready to personalize your invoice.

We've been using the app for half a year now. It works perfectly. We mainly use the invoice feature which speeds up our daily workflow. Recently the Sufio team helped us to integrate the VAT exempt function into our shop. Great and fast customer service. 5 out of 5 stars!

Sufio is great app that actually has a good solution for sending invoices that comply with all the rules & regulations. The team has been super helpfull in setting up some specific customizations that we need for our variety of customers. The team always responds fast but what I love above all is that the really think along and come with practical solutions & work arounds.
