We've been using the app for half a year now. It works perfectly. We mainly use the invoice feature which speeds up our daily workflow. Recently the Sufio team helped us to integrate the VAT exempt function into our shop. Great and fast customer service. 5 out of 5 stars!

This is a great plugin and it's massively cut down our workflow, it would be amazing to have the option to send automatic proformas to certain clients if you have any development in the future:)

Ich habe eine Alternative zum unzuverlässigen Rechnungs-Plugin einer Buchhaltungssoftware gesucht.
Kernanforderung war die Angabe des Verkaufskanals (Web, Ebay etc...) ebenso wie das verwendete Zahlungsmittel auf der Rechnung. Ebenso ein Metafeld über den Artikelzustand, also A-Ware/Neuware, B-Ware etc.
Die Anforderungen wurden durch das Sufio-Team ausgezeichnet und schnell umgesetzt.
Auch die optischen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten für die Standardvorlagen sind ausgezeichnet.
Ich bleibe bei Sufio, wenngleich der Preis für mich als kleines Unternehmen aktuell noch etwas hoch ist :)

Sufio is great app that actually has a good solution for sending invoices that comply with all the rules & regulations. The team has been super helpfull in setting up some specific customizations that we need for our variety of customers. The team always responds fast but what I love above all is that the really think along and come with practical solutions & work arounds. For every business that wants to do their invoicing via Shopify AND according to the account rules, I can really recommend Sufio

Läuft wie beschrieben, klar muss man es anpassen wie jedes Rechnungsprogramm. Alles eingerichtet muss man sich um nichts mehr kümmern, alles läuft von selbst, auch Verkäufe in der EU sind möglich, man muss nur ein paar Codes einfügen, wo der Support einem schnell hilft.

The app works excellently and fulfills its intended purpose.
However, the standout aspect worth mentioning is the exceptional customer service provided by Lewis and Veronika. A Lifesaver for our VAT Challenges – 10 Stars!
As a B2B business owner, I can't express enough how much the Sufio app has saved the day for us on our Shopify platform. We were stuck in a VAT-related tangle, especially concerning reverse charging for Euro businesses. Months of trying to find a workaround solution had us at our wit's end until we stumbled upon this gem of an app. It's not an exaggeration to say that it has solved our problems comprehensively.
