After more than 5 years of using Sufio, we are now forced to find another solution. The reason for this is that basic services are now only available with a professional subscription. In addition, there have been problems with DMARC blocking on Sufio, which has made it even more difficult to use. We are disappointed that we have to look for a new provider after such a long time.

It's unfortunate that despite our efforts to assist, we weren't able to connect with you to resolve the issues you encountered. We reached out several times, hoping to provide the necessary support and solutions. Had we been able to communicate more effectively, we would have gladly discussed options that better suited your needs.

Regarding the email sending issue, we want to clarify that it was not caused by a Sufio system error. The problem arose after a strict DMARC policy was implemented on your domain. Because Sufio sends emails on your behalf, this policy requires specific authorization to allow us to continue doing so. We offered solutions to address this, but unfortunately, we didn't receive a response.

We hope your new provider will be able to meet your expectations and provide the service you need.

What an excellent app, and what an even better value service is included with it. They not only answer quickly, but they also have appropriate answers for all of your questions.

Our unique requirements for providing invoices to EU/NON-EU customers required some additional tech work by Sufio's customer support & tech team.

I am extremely happy with their ability to implement all required changes to allow us to continue selling according to EU regulations.

All products on my Shopify site are set in Turkish Lira. However, Sufio invoices display the products with a Euro symbol. The amount is correct, but there is a Euro symbol instead of TL. How can I fix this? Can you please help?

In Sufio, the currency and symbol displayed on invoices are determined by the currency your customers use when placing orders on your Shopify store. To ensure everything is configured correctly for your Sufio account and to help troubleshoot any issues, we've reached out to you directly via email.

A well designed app, easy to use and very reliable. The support was very quick and helpful when we had a small issue. Even better they added a customisation for us to help filter who automatically received a copy of their invoice. The responses were always quick and helpful.

Michael went above and beyond with his professional customer service and knowledge of his software. He made it very easy to customise the invoice with some quite specific technical functionality required for a government rebate scheme for the elderly and disabled. The app works very well, the UI is well thought out and is easy to use. Very well done team, thank you!

We use Order Printer for our online sales, but needed a more detailed invoice for our wholesale customers. And after reading the great reviews we went with Sufio. They have been super helpful in setting the invoices up the way we need them. Plus, setting it to only pull through our wholesale orders into Sufio so we don't exceed our monthly limit. The service really is outstanding! The best we have ever had for an app.
