We use Order Printer for our online sales, but needed a more detailed invoice for our wholesale customers. And after reading the great reviews we went with Sufio. They have been super helpful in setting the invoices up the way we need them. Plus, setting it to only pull through our wholesale orders into Sufio so we don't exceed our monthly limit. The service really is outstanding! The best we have ever had for an app.

Super easy to install with precise instructions. Design changes including title changes, column order, colors and other information was a breeze. I had the invoices looking perfect and the customer account section set up in less than 20 minutes. Very Happy!

Neuerdings werden die Email von Sufio unter dem Vorwand des fehlenden DMARC Eintrags blockiert wenn keine eigen Domain bei Sufio registiert ist, somit ist man gezwungen einen Upgrade auf Professional oder Premium zu machen.
Einen Basic Service zu blockieren und die Kunden zu zwingen mehr dafür mehr zu Bezahlen ist echt die übelste Art Geschäfte zu machen.
Die Mails werden von Shopify Einwandfrei zugestellt, da all unsere Domains im DNS einen DMARC Eintrag haben.
Nach vielen Jahren der Nutzung dieser APP werden wir nach andern Lösungen suchen.

Bezüglich des Problems mit dem Versand der E-Mails möchten wir klarstellen, dass dies nicht durch einen Fehler im Sufio-System verursacht wurde. Das Problem trat auf, nachdem eine strenge DMARC-Richtlinie für Ihre Domain implementiert wurde. Da Sufio E-Mails in Ihrem Namen versendet, erfordert diese Richtlinie eine spezifische Autorisierung, um den Versand fortsetzen zu können. Ohne diese Autorisierung können die E-Mails blockiert werden. Wir haben Lösungen angeboten, wie Sie Sufio für den Versand autorisieren können, aber leider haben wir keine Rückmeldung erhalten.

Great app. We needed to show each discounted price on our b2b invoices and founded this app. Invoices can be translated into Japanese, but orders and other aspects were not fully supported. But after contacted customer support, they solved the problem! Quick answers, good communication.
However, it would be nice to be able to add columns as well as rows. Also, it would be great if it had more templates or if we could change the design in more detail. The address alone fills half the paper. We look forward to future updates.

I noticed your point about design changes, but I didn't see it come up in conversations with our team. Indeed, we can make many changes using our template editor on the Design → Edit Code page of your app. This feature allows you to customize the template of the invoice to add/remove content, change sizing, or relocate content.
