Great customer service, very quick response. Tons of customizations, and if you get a problem, or need something tweaked- You'll get a response or advice within couple of hours. Highly recommended app.

Friendly and fast customer service. They are also able to make custom changes if you need them.

I had no issues almost for 1 year until the last 2 months where I noticed that all orders are not updated automatically and I have to go through every order in my store and do a manual update which takes alot of time !! It happened more than 10 times in the last 2 months and decided to uninstall the app . Not recommended at all as they were unable to fix this issue .

I received an email from the company manager who was really professional in solving the issue I had and I was completely satisfied. Thanks.

I consulted with support as to their capability to perform a VERY niche function (conditionally emailing commercial invoices to our fullfillment ONLY for Canadian addresses). They got it done in just a few days with no help from me! Extremely helpful

Sufio has absolutely phenomenal customer support. Jan has helped us set up taxes and invoices for our store, as well as provide advice on a large scope of other aspects. Sufio makes our store EU tax compliant, and Jan takes the experience 3 steps further! Will recommend to other partners.
