A Lifesaver for our VAT Challenges – 10 Stars!

As a B2B business owner, I can't express enough how much the Sufio app has saved the day for us on our Shopify platform. We were stuck in a VAT-related tangle, especially concerning reverse charging for Euro businesses. Months of trying to find a workaround solution had us at our wit's end until we stumbled upon this gem of an app. It's not an exaggeration to say that it has solved our problems comprehensively. We are finally operational and running smoothly, and that's a sigh of relief we've been yearning for.

What has further impressed us is their exceptional customer service. Politeness and extreme helpfulness are evidently at the core of their approach. Whenever we had questions or ran into a hurdle, their support team was there with prompt and effective solutions.

In a perfect world, I'd give Sufio a solid 10 stars for their app and customer service. While the stars might be capped at 5, consider this review an emphatic endorsement of a service that goes above and beyond to support businesses in navigating complex VAT challenges.

Very easy to use and setup. I had slightly different requirements to the out of the box configuration. The support team were excellent and helped make the App work as I needed it to.

Ich habe eine Alternative zum unzuverlässigen Rechnungs-Plugin einer Buchhaltungssoftware gesucht.
Kernanforderung war die Angabe des Verkaufskanals (Web, Ebay etc...) ebenso wie das verwendete Zahlungsmittel auf der Rechnung. Ebenso ein Metafeld über den Artikelzustand, also A-Ware/Neuware, B-Ware etc.
Die Anforderungen wurden durch das Sufio-Team ausgezeichnet und schnell umgesetzt.
Auch die optischen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten für die Standardvorlagen sind ausgezeichnet.
Ich bleibe bei Sufio, wenngleich der Preis für mich als kleines Unternehmen aktuell noch etwas hoch ist :)

Thank you for leaving your feedback while you experienced some delays during our scheduled maintenance.

As explained in our email response to you, the Sufio app was undergoing a scheduled maintenance, which can lead to certain delays in accessing documents. We notified each of our users with a warning message on the app (the screenshot of which you had sent to us). Please note, this scheduled maintenance is necessary to the ongoing high performance of the app and we do our best to notify our userbase whenever these events take place.

Additionally, you mentioned you were unable to contact our Support team, but as suggested in the auto-response email, our team works Mon-Fri 9-5 CET. So your message was received with no issues, however, it just happened to arrive outside of our office hours.

We're more than happy to discuss any other queries you may have, so please reach out and let us know how we can help :)

Amazing tool, easy to setup and configure, does what it needs to do. Fair pricing- and if you do not need automatic invoicing, but only VAT invoices, its super simple.

On top, great customer service.

While this doesn't cover all my needs (I have very fringe case needs), with the recent addition of variant metafield access and direct editing of the templates, it does more than enough of what I need. Nothing else I looked at comes nearly this close. Oh, and support has been over the top, with their always friendly, quick and helpful answers to my questions, it has been a pleasure working with them.

I've been on the search for the best invoice app, and this one has ticked all the boxes for me! I was specifically looking for one that was compatible with Zapiet, and was also clean and customizable. Their technical support is also amazing and Djimi was especially helpful and quick with any issues I came across. Thank you so much for creating an amazing product!
