Great solution to go around the basic missing feature of shopify to send an invoice automatically to our customers.... Sufio has always answered very fast if we had problems configuring the invoice part. Very happy with this app.

The best app for automatic invoices to be sent once a customer has purchased, the layout and design is fully customizable and very easy to use. The app support is fantastic, they have been so helpful when needing some customization! Highly recommend.

We have been using Sufio for over two years, and for most of that time the invoice and credit export functionality worked smoothly. Recently, we began experiencing significant delays, with CSV export emails taking hours to arrive. Since then, Sufio has incorporated a new mechanism that has noticeably improved the process. Exports are now arriving much more promptly, and this has made a meaningful difference in keeping our workflow running efficiently. We appreciate the improvements and the continued support, as reliable performance is crucial for businesses like ours that depend on these functions every day.

Great app, great people. easy to install. document templates are great customization options are plenty. Adding some custom text to documents is super simple if you know a bit of HTML. Support is fast and to the point.

Special thanks to Djimi and Olivia for helping us setup some custom logic to process our documents.

App used to work perfectly fine, but since today we get the error that we have reached our limit even though we should have 45 invoices left according to the app. Support has not responded within 6 hours, the only work around is to upgrade and pay more.... Quite disappointing experience

Thank you for your feedback and we're really sorry for the frustration this has caused; especially when you just needed to get a couple of invoices out quickly.

To clarify what happened: Your plan includes 50 invoices per month, and you’re absolutely right that the app showed you have 45 invoices left. However, the invoices you were trying to create are for orders from previous months (where your account already generated invoices for thousands of orders between April and July). Once the monthly limit was exceeded in those past months, the system can’t retroactively create new invoices for that period on the same plan; even though your current month still has allowance left.

I completely agree this can feel confusing from inside the app, and we’re already looking at how we can make these limits clearer so it doesn’t feel like you’re being blocked unfairly or pushed to upgrade.

We’ve reached out to you by email with a proposal to temporarily increase your invoice limit at no extra cost, so you can issue the two invoices you mentioned without needing to upgrade your plan. If you reply to that message, we’ll be happy to sort this out for you right away and make sure everything is working as you need.
