I've been on the search for the best invoice app, and this one has ticked all the boxes for me! I was specifically looking for one that was compatible with Zapiet, and was also clean and customizable. Their technical support is also amazing and Djimi was especially helpful and quick with any issues I came across. Thank you so much for creating an amazing product!

Sufio helps me create tax-compliant invoices. The support was very helpful and quick in helping me add conditional phrasing to the invoices.

I'm over the moon with this APP. Does exactly what it says it does and what we've been looking for. Looks great and easy to use for a fair price; what more can you ask for!

The app is okay if you only have 1-2 orders to fulfill a day, but the load time is simply way too slow to use, and it is missing certain important things such as customer notes, and a breakdown of item in such things as kits. Support is really good and I will use this app in the future once the bugs have been worked out. James.

Since your review was posted we have significantly upgraded our infrastructure to ensure timeouts like this no longer happen.
We also have a new version of Sufio, which can bring over order notes and metafields from your orders onto the invoices.
We hope you'll consider giving it another try!
The app is great and everything, but it is completely overpriced. There are other Apps which do the same for a fraction of the price. Can't use it having this opportunity costs, sorry.

Firstly, I’d like to explain your question about the pricing. Sufio is one of the leading invoicing apps on the Shopify App store. While there are other apps available that offer cheaper subscriptions, Sufio focuses heavily on its performance, security, and a strong customer support team. This means that certain backend processes and teams have to be put in place to make sure these factors are implemented correctly and efficiently. This allows us to provide automatic invoices for many of our users that generate thousands of orders per day.
We understand that this level of performance does not apply to every store, which is why we are always happy to discuss setting up custom plans. I have reached out to you by email already to discuss this with you and we await your response if you would like to move forward :)
Sufio est très simple à installer et paramétrer ; bon choix de templates, très "customizables" ; surtout le service support est top, réponses rapides, très adaptables, il est d'ailleurs préférable de passer par eux au bout d'un moment.
juste un bemol il y a en France de nombreuses mentions légales à insérer or, les espaces prévus à cet effet sont trop peu nombreux dans les templates disponibles.

Wij zochten een app waarbij de BTW check (VIES) automatisch gedaan zou worden voor er een account aangemaakt/gekocht kan worden. Dit werkt! Ik werd overal super snel en netjes bij geholpen. dit is echt een aanrader!

Lovely invoices but beware of the VAT exemption claims - they aren't technically correct
The EU VAT rules state that you can only deduct the VAT if the company provides a valid VAT number AND that the goods are being shipped outside of the country where the order is shipped from...
We are a UK company so EU businesses outside of the UK, with a valid VAT number, can order VAT free ONLY if the order is shipped outside of the UK. Unfortunately we receive a lot of orders from Ireland with valid VAT numbers but they get the order shipped to Northern Ireland (to save on shipping costs) which is in UK - therefore, technically, we can't deduct the VAT as we have to give HMRC proof that the goods have left the UK
Sufio are aware of this but their hands are tied because they can't get access to the address which is part of Shopify's checkout process - a closed system. Sadly the issue of a decent EU VAT exemption system for Shopify remains unsolved.
I have asked Jan to update their website with the full information - whilst their system will validate VAT numbers it will just mark that customer as VAT exempt, regardless of where the order is shipped to.
App is working perfect. Service is also perfect. Wanted to have a VAT check tool in the registration form so that customers have to put the right VAT number before they buy something. Helps a lot for selling to other EU countries. Asked for it and they fixed the registration form for me and worked right away!
