There truly isn't a comparable app on the market - we searched for MONTHS trying to locate a native means of invoicing for our wholesale clients that could also serve as an accounts receivable portal. (For point of reference, we've used QBO exclusively the last 5+ years, and we've been trying to centralize our analytics as well as streamline our order / invoice process within Shopify for some time.) Sufio takes the cake, bar none. It integrates well with virtually every aspect of Shopify and is totally conducive to our existing wholesale workflow. The development team for Sufio has been nothing short of INCREDIBLE the entire way through getting us set up, as well as in dialing in our custom templates. This applies equally to aesthetics as it does to functionality; we are exceptionally particular about the presentation of our brand (as well as the importance of attention to detail in all respects) and Sufio's support team has consistently met our requests with the utmost patience and a sincere desire to understand / meet our needs. Bringing them on has been a game changer for our business, straight up. We would love to see an option in the future for packing lists that also support split shipment breakdowns that could be included per package in a given shipment. Having a comparable template to our new invoice feature would make for an incredibly well rounded customer experience and allow for us to operate further from a singular platform.

Great app especially for merchants from countries like Italy who need to automatically create an invoice for every online order. They also have a great customer support team that helped me and solved my problem very quickly
This Sufio app is very great with many useful functions, we totally recommend this app if you are looking for an app regarding Invoice operation with Shopify. Their support is also amazing! Ich liebe diese App! Meine Rechnungen werden korrekt erstellt. Die Mehrwertsteuer wird ausgewiesen. Ich nutze den Basic-Plan, da ich herade am Aufbau meines Shops www.high-on-ai.com bin. Und er erfüllt fürs erste super meine Anforderungen, bei geringen Kosten. Man weiß ja nicht wie sich der Shop entwickelt.
Einzig was mir fehlt, ist die Mobile Version der App. Was aber tur Zeit nicht so schlimm ist. Es funktioniert auch die derzeitige Version, wenn man entsprechend zoomed
Zudem lässt sich die Rechnung mit vordefinierten Designs konfigurieren. Ich glaube Änderungen oder ein eigenes Design (Einfügen Logo) ist erst mit der nächst höheren Abo Stufe möglich. Ist aber nicht schlimm, weil ich die vorgefertigten Designs für ein im Start befindlichen Shop auch schon sehr ansprechend finde.
Die App liest außerdem die Konfigurationen aus dem Shopifyeinstellungen (Mehrwertsteuer…) Es ist aber auch möglich eigene Werte zu hinterlegen.
Die ganze App habe ich jetzt noch nicht vollständig angesehen, aber mit dem was ich bisher genutzt habe bin ich sehr zufrieden.
Weiter so und bitte dran bleiben, damit ich nicht gezwungenermaßen auf eine andere App umsteigen muss LG High-On-Ai

I was looking for a way to automate sending invoices to customers, I found other apps but those weren't nearly as easy to set up, they also wouldn't integrate with Klaviyo and most importantly, NONE of the other apps I found would consider tax compliance - a must if you're selling B2B.
With Sufio it's possible to send invoices via the order confirmation email sent through Shopify and allow customers to see the invoices on their account page.
There's even an option to validate a customer's VAT number automatically, WOW!
I messed up part of the set up and Djimi not only responded within minutes, but he also fixed it for me super quickly - exceptional app and customer service!
