Michael went above and beyond with his professional customer service and knowledge of his software. He made it very easy to customise the invoice with some quite specific technical functionality required for a government rebate scheme for the elderly and disabled. The app works very well, the UI is well thought out and is easy to use. Very well done team, thank you!

After more than 5 years of using Sufio, we are now forced to find another solution. The reason for this is that basic services are now only available with a professional subscription. In addition, there have been problems with DMARC blocking on Sufio, which has made it even more difficult to use. We are disappointed that we have to look for a new provider after such a long time.

It's unfortunate that despite our efforts to assist, we weren't able to connect with you to resolve the issues you encountered. We reached out several times, hoping to provide the necessary support and solutions. Had we been able to communicate more effectively, we would have gladly discussed options that better suited your needs.
Regarding the email sending issue, we want to clarify that it was not caused by a Sufio system error. The problem arose after a strict DMARC policy was implemented on your domain. Because Sufio sends emails on your behalf, this policy requires specific authorization to allow us to continue doing so. We offered solutions to address this, but unfortunately, we didn't receive a response.
We hope your new provider will be able to meet your expectations and provide the service you need.
Super fast service. got a reply within minutes, Lewis set up a function that was missing in our shop. Issue was solved within minutes of realising it was an issue. thats a first for me. Thank you!!!

Neuerdings werden die Email von Sufio unter dem Vorwand des fehlenden DMARC Eintrags blockiert wenn keine eigen Domain bei Sufio registiert ist, somit ist man gezwungen einen Upgrade auf Professional oder Premium zu machen.
Einen Basic Service zu blockieren und die Kunden zu zwingen mehr dafür mehr zu Bezahlen ist echt die übelste Art Geschäfte zu machen.
Die Mails werden von Shopify Einwandfrei zugestellt, da all unsere Domains im DNS einen DMARC Eintrag haben.
Nach vielen Jahren der Nutzung dieser APP werden wir nach andern Lösungen suchen.

Bezüglich des Problems mit dem Versand der E-Mails möchten wir klarstellen, dass dies nicht durch einen Fehler im Sufio-System verursacht wurde. Das Problem trat auf, nachdem eine strenge DMARC-Richtlinie für Ihre Domain implementiert wurde. Da Sufio E-Mails in Ihrem Namen versendet, erfordert diese Richtlinie eine spezifische Autorisierung, um den Versand fortsetzen zu können. Ohne diese Autorisierung können die E-Mails blockiert werden. Wir haben Lösungen angeboten, wie Sie Sufio für den Versand autorisieren können, aber leider haben wir keine Rückmeldung erhalten.

This is a great little app. Norbert from Sufio was proactive and helped us customise the invoice to our specific needs and comply with Australian Government legislation. The end result has been great. An elegant and smart looking invoice with all the vital information.
Great app and even greater customer support. I needed some customizations done and Robert made each change within a matter of hours after the request. Tried Invoicify first, and it's not terrible, but this app is much cleaner, simpler, and more user friendly.
Great app, super easy to use! There is a limit to customization you can do by yourself, but you can ask their support and they would help you with all the tweaks needed! They are fast, responsive and always very nice and helpful. Also they spoke Slovak language (as our invoices are in Slovak), so I guess that would be the case for all the languages supported by Sufio. I highly recommend this app!
