Great support team! The app is easy to use and we had some problems due to our lack of experience in applying taxes in Shopify, but it's been easily solved by the support team.

We originally found this app, as an integration with Spently templates. We really appreciated the ability to include a download link for our customers to get a formal invoice. We use it for both invoices and credit notes and are very happy with the set up. It would also be interesting to explore all the other features that it offers in the future. Special mention goes to the support, they are fast, nice and helped us with all our requests. Thumbs up :)

Fantastic app! Once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to use and set up, just make sure you have everything, i.e. tax settings etc, set up in Shopify first (tutorials can be found at Articles link in the footer). Support is extremely friendly, helpful and patient, I got a little grumpy in one question and they handled it very professionally and gracefully, for which I thank them.

I have been using Sufio for a couple of months and it has been amazing. It does automatically al the invoices for me and send them to my clients. What I like the most is the customer service & support! They helped me a lot, very kind and solve quickly my problems! Totally recommend Sufio! :)
