It took us some time to set up everything just the exact way we need it (we are a B2B Catering company with german tax laws), but with the help of Sufio, we were able to accomplish everything. Sufio is an excellent invoicing system! After trying and comparing several different invoicing app, we decided to go with Sufio—and we’re very glad we did. The system is user-friendly, but what truly sets Sufio apart is their customer support. The team is incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and always quick to respond. They’ve helped us with various customizations and often offer thoughtful, effective suggestions. Their efficiency and professionalism are top. Highly recommended!
Easy to get started with the day to day configurations on your own. The onboarding with the Sufio flows fast and is super versatile in helping with shop specific requirements; let it be coding additional snippets, configuring designs, or aligning with data flows/fields outside of the Sufio app during the build-phase. Looking forward to soon scaling with Sufio. Can only recommend.
I was expecting a difficult setup but Lewis from customer service did an awesome job.
Still waiting for better filter features for exports of the invoices ;)
