Working with Flowcart has been a very positive experience for us. The team played a key role in helping us get up and running, while supporting our phased rollout approach. Our setup involves fairly complex processes and requirements, and they’ve been very accommodating in helping us implement these while taking care of much of the technical heavy lifting. They also provided valuable assistance on the META side of the setup.

On the occasions where we’ve run into technical issues, their team has been quick to respond and resolve them. Throughout the launch phase, they have remained very hands-on - closely monitoring performance to ensure the solution was working as expected and helping us make adjustments based on early customer interactions.

Overall, it’s been a great partnership so far, and we look forward to continuing to build on the solution with Flowcart.

Flowcart has been a solid win for us. Getting started was quick, and their team walked us through setup, cleared every doubt, and made sure everything was running right. Once we went live. Messages, context, and customer details are now easy to track, and the Shopify sync has been smooth in daily use.
