I've been using sumtracker since the beginning of the year. I had encountered a few problems during that time. Each time I reached out i would get an email a day or so later stating that they could no longer find the error I saw in inventory etc. Their suggestion is to schedule a call to discuss the problem. Only I'm in the US and they wanted me to call them at 3am. The latest problem caused me to oversell 4 different items that previously had been out of stock. The software update on Monday and added inventory to these listings and caused me a huge nightmare. Support took a day to respond once again saying that they didn't see any problem. I had included error numbers and messages. They never did clarify what any of them meant. I though the program had potential but I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

We are extremely sorry for the experience you had with Sumtracker. We are constantly trying to improve our services. The inventory sync on multiple platforms is a complex problem and sometimes the resolution requires us to have a call rather than exchanging email messages. There are finer details that need to be understood as each platform has their own settings.

After seeing your review, I looked at all the email messages that we had exchanged from the time you had setup your account. We have constantly requested you to get on a call to resolve this. My only regret is that it was not communicated to us that you are not getting a favourable time slot for the call. If you are facing an issue that requires attention, we are wiling to have the call at any time based on your convenience. If things can still be sorted out and you are willing to give Sumtracker another chance, please let us know.

I have used multiple inventory management software in the past and this one by far is the easiest to use and the best quality. I haven't come across any bugs or errors. Other platforms I have used in the past seem to have heaps of bugs that is not ideal when tracking inventory.

We use this app to bundle products to their components. We have HEAPS of listings on Shopify, eBay and Etsy and it works really well for us.

The platform is very intuitive and they are always looking for ways to improve their system. Customer service is also top notch!

I recently started using the inventory software and I can confidently say that it has transformed the way I manage stock inventory across my multiple shops. This software is incredibly easy to use, intuitive, and has been an excellent solution for all the difficulties I faced with inventory management.
One of the standout features of this software is its user-friendly interface. It is so simple to navigate that even someone like me, who is not particularly tech-savvy, can easily understand and operate it. The intuitive design makes tracking and managing inventory a breeze.
The software also offers exceptional support for my Etsy listings with the same SKU. It saves me a tremendous amount of time by efficiently managing and synchronizing the stock across my Etsy shop. This has been a total game changer for me and has significantly streamlined my inventory management process.
I must give a special mention to Ankit, his expertise and assistance were invaluable. He patiently guided me through the software, explained its features, and answered all my questions. His knowledge and dedication to helping customers like me is truly amazing.

After looking for months for a solution that could help me separate SKUs in bundles, I finally found Sumtracker. Kush and the team have been extremely helpful in the process, while developoing the Packing List that I needed for the warehouse fulfilment. I looked at a few different options for inventory management, including Zoho among others - this one beat them all with its simplicity - it has everything I needed to allow effective inventory tracking and purchase ordering, with no unneeded extras slowing it down. Very easy to install initially with everything syncing up to Shopify perfectly. Well done to the Sumtracker team, thank you.

Very nice app. It functions very well and has a nice clean interface that runs smoothly(which was hard to find in our case) The support team has been top notch. They are very responsive and worked hard to solve any problems that I had. I would highly recommend this app for your inventory needs!

I highly recommend this Inventory Control App. We looked at many inventory apps recommended by Shopify but only Sumtracker could do what we needed. We have two brick and mortar boutiques and two online stores on two different platforms. We needed to combine all of our inventory from all of our locations, from two different platforms, into one location because all our inventory is shared by all of our locations. Shopify alone did not fulfill our need. So, we added the Sumtracker App. We had a lot of questions. Kush and Ankit were there for us every step of the way. We had several video conferences with them and many emails. And after all that SUCCESS !!! We were able to update and add our inventory to Sumtracker and now we are so relieved to have all of our inventory controlled in one location but is sold in four locations. Shopify reports tells me which location sold the merchandise while Sumtracker keeps track of our inventory. We are now able to keep better track of what we have in inventory. Thank You Sumtracker !!!!

I needed an app to sync inventory, including bundles, between Shopify and Etsy. Sumtracker has been brilliant. Very easy to use and set up. I've had a couple of questions and Ankit has been very helpful too. Thank you!
