ST has been a huge help in our shop! While all apps have bugs and new versions to learn, ST is consistently working to improve their app and processes. Whenever an issue arises they are extremely helpful with quick replies, personalized video assistance, and great tips.

Sumtracker is the perfect tool for managing our inventory, PO and anything related to managing our SKUs, bundles and components. We used to be on a 2000$ tool and Sumtracker is equivalent if not better. Until we move to an ERP, I don't see us going anywhere. A lot come from Ankit and his team - they're super responsive and helpful. They want to make their tool better and they want to help you. I've never waited more than 12 hours for an answer. 5 stars and kudos to them

Really great tool for our inventory with highly customizable items that are made out of components. Wonderful customer support! They take time to respond (~24 hours), but they provide great solutions.

Ankit & the team are constantly on the ball with customer support.
They have released several updates since we have had the system, which is good to know they are still investing time and improving their system which is one of the main reasons we left our previous management system.
