ST Inventory Management & Sync

After looking for months for a solution that could help me separate SKUs in bundles, I finally found Sumtracker. Kush and the team have been extremely helpful in the process, while developoing the Packing List that I needed for the warehouse fulfilment. Really happy with the performance of the app, and how easy it is to use. Thank you Kush and team!

sumtracker has been a great experience for us mostly because of how responsive and helpful they are. they are more than happy to hop on a call at any time and are very solutions orientated. the system is very user friendly and seems to have a lot of positive additions to their roadmap which will eventually make this a more well rounded solution that we are needing.

Shopify (and eBay etc.) needs more great apps like this!

SumTracker is everything I expected it to be, and MORE. Everything literally works flawlessly once you set it up. And it operates FAST too (everything loads quickly in the APP, and changes are updated VERY quickly too).

I use it for my Shopify Store and eBay. Very customizable, and just plain works!

You can easily update quantity manually, for each product, if needed, or you can use spreadsheets to edit quantity (if needed).

Once it is all setup though, you will never HAVE to worry about anything though, other than adding more inventory when you receive shipments from your suppliers (this is very easy to do though - either directly within the APP, or by using spreadsheet uploads).

Support for this APP is excellent too.

SumTracker is definitely one of the best APP's I have ever used. Well worth every penny!

Outstanding customer service. This app is far more functional than other inventory apps I have used (Shopify native, Trunk) so it is more complicated to use. Every time I have had a question customer support has promptly walked me through it step by step. I thought that working outside of Shopify would be more cumbersome than it is. I highly recommend this app.

Sumtracker has been essential to our business, we can now seamlessly manage our inventory with hundreds of SKUs across various different warehouses, shops, and sales channels without having to worry that we double sell anything. The team behind Sumtracker is super responsive and often help me out within minutes or max a few hours, and I've given some product feedback which their engineering team has incorporated very quickly. Can highly recommend this to any shop owner struggling to keep their inventory under control.

This app is fantastic! I would not have been able to track my products without it. Shopify doesn't offer product tracking that subtracts from the main inventory, only from the variant total. Sumtracker fixed this problem for my business. Ankit is always very helpful when you have any questions. Definitely would recommend.

Great for keeping track of packaging materials.
Our products when sold have boxes, tissue paper, stickers, koozies, and come with accessories.

Instead of knowing product inventory and having to do weekly counts of packing materials, everything is now synced up and we always have an accurate inventory number.

so far, so good. I've only been using for a short time as of this review. The positive is that sumtracker support has been amazing. Ankit and team have been super friendly and responsive which is the most important thing for any company in my opinion. They currently nail the customer experience part of business. The app is also super easy to use and i was able to get up and running within just a few days. I've only had a couple small issues and bugs, but like i said, they've been super responsive and have fixes in the pipeline for any bugs/issues i find. The 4 star is because ive only been using for a short time and any small software company is going to have bugs/issue to work out. I'm sure this will turn into a 5 star as i have more time with the software. I look forward to continuing to use this application for my inventory needs.

I've used Sumtracker now for about a month - the guys have nailed the functionality and UI simplicity. It's the first time I haven't felt overwhelmed in an inventory management system. After about 1 day of use, I got the basics, counted our warehouse inventory into the app and was able to link our 2 Shopify stores, Etsy and Amazon store.

The support is also fantastic - the guys are quick to respond, open to feedback and improving the app for users.

I've been through 10+ free trials, this is the one guys. Stop looking. Does everything you need it to do at the right price.
