Great app to manage all inventory and POs. The team is great to work with!
A lot of the other apps are ok if you are linking by creating new listings yet most of them have problems doing that with existing listings. Sumtracker was one of the easiest syncs I've personally. Also the pricing is more than fair, considering how much time you save manually linking products. Love the UI too, really recommend.

Highly recommended! Having used Sumtracker for a year now, we can confidently say it's the best inventory management app out there. We've tried others, but nothing compares. The bundles option is a game-changer for our efficiency. One of its standout features is tracking purchase orders with the currency we paid, which keeps our records accurate. The service is top-notch. Ankit and the team are incredibly responsive and accommodating. Overall, Sumtracker has exceeded our expectations. If you need a powerful and user-friendly inventory management solution, Sumtracker is it.
Super easy app to work with. The team is very responsive. Etsy changed some stuff up, and nothing would sync. However, they worked relentlessly to fix the problem and get everything back up and running correctly. I highly recommend this app if you run inventory on multiple platforms.
Amazing App! Super helpful. We use it for so many things: bundles, inventory and stock control, PO's... The customer service is one of the best i've ever seen. Answers are almost immediate, and they're even open (and so fast!) to make improvements and develop new features upon a client's request.

I have used multiple inventory management software in the past and this one by far is the easiest to use and the best quality. I haven't come across any bugs or errors. Other platforms I have used in the past seem to have heaps of bugs that is not ideal when tracking inventory.
We use this app to bundle products to their components. We have HEAPS of listings on Shopify, eBay and Etsy and it works really well for us.
The platform is very intuitive and they are always looking for ways to improve their system. Customer service is also top notch!

I've been using sumtracker since the beginning of the year. I had encountered a few problems during that time. Each time I reached out i would get an email a day or so later stating that they could no longer find the error I saw in inventory etc. Their suggestion is to schedule a call to discuss the problem. Only I'm in the US and they wanted me to call them at 3am. The latest problem caused me to oversell 4 different items that previously had been out of stock. The software update on Monday and added inventory to these listings and caused me a huge nightmare. Support took a day to respond once again saying that they didn't see any problem. I had included error numbers and messages. They never did clarify what any of them meant. I though the program had potential but I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

We are extremely sorry for the experience you had with Sumtracker. We are constantly trying to improve our services. The inventory sync on multiple platforms is a complex problem and sometimes the resolution requires us to have a call rather than exchanging email messages. There are finer details that need to be understood as each platform has their own settings.
After seeing your review, I looked at all the email messages that we had exchanged from the time you had setup your account. We have constantly requested you to get on a call to resolve this. My only regret is that it was not communicated to us that you are not getting a favourable time slot for the call. If you are facing an issue that requires attention, we are wiling to have the call at any time based on your convenience. If things can still be sorted out and you are willing to give Sumtracker another chance, please let us know.

Had this app for 9 months now and CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT! If you need to sync inventory between 2 or more stores/platforms then this app is a must have. Plus the support from Ankit is fast and they keep adding features to make my job even easier, most recently working on a picklist feature! Love everything about Sumtracker and highly recommend it is great value for the time savings it offers!

Brilliant app. I've been using it for about 6 months and can genuinely say it's saved me hours. I sell a lot of stock in bundles, on both Shopify and Etsy.
Before using SumTracker I was trying to download sales reports and updating stock manually which was time consuming, but at Christmas when sales were high, I'd still run out of stock partway through the day leading to disappointed customers. SumTracker updates both channels with accurate stock in minutes. It was easy to set up and use. Customer service when I've needed it have been really knowledgeable and supportive.
