Super easy app to work with. The team is very responsive. Etsy changed some stuff up, and nothing would sync. However, they worked relentlessly to fix the problem and get everything back up and running correctly. I highly recommend this app if you run inventory on multiple platforms.
Great App, we have close to 50 PO’s a week and this has been by far the best option of tracking the stock and supplier invoices.
The App is being updated and getting better with each version and the developers are very happy to listed and implement suggested improvements Very happy to recommend both the app and the developers, great guys

It's hard to find an app that does it all: inventory plus bundles, kits, and reporting, but Sumtracker does all of these things for a very reasonable price. I've run into only one issue in the few months I've been using it. Support was fast, friendly and had the issue fixed very quickly.

Fantastic App! The team behind it couldn't be any more helpful. The features and functionality are excellent, almost exactly what we needed. Whenever we have run into a challenge, they've come back with solutions so quickly. And they've added new features to help us with our business case. Couldn't recommend this enough! We added Sumtracker to our Shopify store in August 2022 and have been using this App very successfully. We have found the product to be very efficient in managing our inventory and it has been especially helpful in creating out purchase orders from our suppliers. Both placing the orders as well as receiving the inventory has been wonderful.
Also, we had what we referred to as "Kits" with a variety of products contained in them that we were having to manage manually. With the Bundles feature within Sumtracker, we no longer need to do this. Sumtracker manages our Kits for us. This has saved us tons of manual hours.
We have to say that the absolute best part of the product is the personalized CUSTOMER SERVICE. We get our answers and assistance swiftly and with great clarity. On top of all of this when we have needed a measure of an upgrade, our request is taken seriously and given consideration and in every instance the App has been upgraded.
We highly recommend this product to anyone who is in need of a Shopify Inventory and Order management system.
The trial period offered gave us the opportunity to fall in love with the product and know that it is worth it. AND the bonus is the sliding scale for packages based on sales volume. Love this feature too, and so will you.

LIFESAVER! I have a complex business model with a strange way to manage inventory. I spent hours and hours researching apps and finally came across Sumtracker. It has honestly been game changing for me. The app is soooo easy to use. Set up was easy. The team have been so helpful. They helped on-board me and have been at hand to answer questions. I give this app and the team a 10/10. Best part is....this is the first time in 2 years I have been across my inventory! No unhappy customers plus I am saving money by not over ordering stock.

We use 3 different only platforms to sell our products, and have over 1,000 SKU's ... I'm very happy with this app. It gives us peace of mind when it comes to having all of the platforms up to date with the correct quantities. At first I was wary due to its simplicity ... but now I see the brilliance in its simplicity, as it is simple and clear in a world of complex businesses. But, truly, what I appreciate the most is their hands-on approach to the onboarding. They understand that each business is different, and our thought process and needs are different, so Ankit jumped on a Zoom with me and patiently took the time to answer all questions, and send a follow up email with the links as a reminder of our call. That little effort on their end, saved us tons of hours trying to figure things out. (I am comparing it to the experience with other apps). Thank you, Ankit and team!
