Great customer service so far, we have 4 Shopify accounts under Sumtracker updating inventory for our 10 locations around the US and Mexico. Every time we have an issue or want to get a new feature that will help us managing our stores the development team is always there to help us.
I recently started using the inventory software and I can confidently say that it has transformed the way I manage stock inventory across my multiple shops. This software is incredibly easy to use, intuitive, and has been an excellent solution for all the difficulties I faced with inventory management.
One of the standout features of this software is its user-friendly interface. It is so simple to navigate that even someone like me, who is not particularly tech-savvy, can easily understand and operate it. The intuitive design makes tracking and managing inventory a breeze.
The software also offers exceptional support for my Etsy listings with the same SKU. It saves me a tremendous amount of time by efficiently managing and synchronizing the stock across my Etsy shop. This has been a total game changer for me and has significantly streamlined my inventory management process.
I must give a special mention to Ankit, his expertise and assistance were invaluable. He patiently guided me through the software, explained its features, and answered all my questions. His knowledge and dedication to helping customers like me is truly amazing.

A complete timesaver!! We have over 2000 SKUs so this platform is beyond amazing. Extremely user-friendly, and any time I need help I'm able to easily navigate through the included help documents. Also, reassuring to know that the customer service is top notch. Thank you for creating this tool!!
I'm very happy with Sumtracker support. I was having an issue with some of my inventory bulk updates and submitted a support request ( on a Sunday afternoon) and I received as response within only a couple of hours. after some back and forth, found it was a misunderstanding on my side and once explained I was able to make the updates in bulk.
We started using the sumtracker app to help manage our inventory since it can get complex to keep track of all of our bundles.
I was surprised at how intuitive the whole system is and how customizable I can make it to suit my needs. The support team is very helpful and reply really fast, and they clearly listen to my feedback as some features were implemented after I suggested them which is really good. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for simple software to help manage their inventory :)

App utilissima che funziona molto bene ed è in continua evoluzione. Permette di mantenere aggiornate le giacenza tra i vari marketplace in modo quasi istantaneo. La grande differenza la fa l'assistenza che è veloce e precisa e che ascolta con grande attenzione le richieste del cliente risolvendo i problemi e fornendo in poco tempo nuove funzionalità.
Per il futuro consiglierei la possibilità di permettere anche la modifica del prezzo di vendita cosi da diventare l'app di riferimento per l'utente senza bisogno poi di cercare le varie inserzioni in giro. Questo perchè di solito quando arriva la nuova merce e si aggiorna la giacenza spesso si modifica anche il prezzo di vendita.
After two year of my inventory being an absolute mess, I found this app and it has been a total game changer. Super easy to set up and use. Finally have my inventory all in one place, integrating with so many sales channels. The customer service is next level. Never have I ever had better customer service with an app than I have with this one. All emails are answered within 24hrs or less, and they are so helpful! Have hopped on video calls and everything. Such a pleasure to work with Sumtrackr I highly recommend this to anyone who is selling in multiple channels and needs to track their inventory.

Sumtracker is great, has all the bundle functionality we need plus easy upload functions, as well as managing stock transfers and POs. All for a much better price than any other app we have found. highly reccomend

Love the app. Very focussed on solving Shopify users need. A lot of small customisations helps in doing order processing and shipment management. Developers are reachable quickly.
