Amazing App! Super helpful. We use it for so many things: bundles, inventory and stock control, PO's... The customer service is one of the best i've ever seen. Answers are almost immediate, and they're even open (and so fast!) to make improvements and develop new features upon a client's request.

I have used multiple inventory management software in the past and this one by far is the easiest to use and the best quality. I haven't come across any bugs or errors. Other platforms I have used in the past seem to have heaps of bugs that is not ideal when tracking inventory.
We use this app to bundle products to their components. We have HEAPS of listings on Shopify, eBay and Etsy and it works really well for us.
The platform is very intuitive and they are always looking for ways to improve their system. Customer service is also top notch!

Had this app for 9 months now and CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT IT! If you need to sync inventory between 2 or more stores/platforms then this app is a must have. Plus the support from Ankit is fast and they keep adding features to make my job even easier, most recently working on a picklist feature! Love everything about Sumtracker and highly recommend it is great value for the time savings it offers!

Brilliant app. I've been using it for about 6 months and can genuinely say it's saved me hours. I sell a lot of stock in bundles, on both Shopify and Etsy.
Before using SumTracker I was trying to download sales reports and updating stock manually which was time consuming, but at Christmas when sales were high, I'd still run out of stock partway through the day leading to disappointed customers. SumTracker updates both channels with accurate stock in minutes. It was easy to set up and use. Customer service when I've needed it have been really knowledgeable and supportive.
Sumtracker has simplified my inventory process and was EXACTLY what my business needed. The platform is very user friendly and the customer support is amazing! I would highly recommend this app for any business. I'm so happy with it!

App utilissima che funziona molto bene ed è in continua evoluzione. Permette di mantenere aggiornate le giacenza tra i vari marketplace in modo quasi istantaneo. La grande differenza la fa l'assistenza che è veloce e precisa e che ascolta con grande attenzione le richieste del cliente risolvendo i problemi e fornendo in poco tempo nuove funzionalità.
Per il futuro consiglierei la possibilità di permettere anche la modifica del prezzo di vendita cosi da diventare l'app di riferimento per l'utente senza bisogno poi di cercare le varie inserzioni in giro. Questo perchè di solito quando arriva la nuova merce e si aggiorna la giacenza spesso si modifica anche il prezzo di vendita.
After two year of my inventory being an absolute mess, I found this app and it has been a total game changer. Super easy to set up and use. Finally have my inventory all in one place, integrating with so many sales channels. The customer service is next level. Never have I ever had better customer service with an app than I have with this one. All emails are answered within 24hrs or less, and they are so helpful! Have hopped on video calls and everything. Such a pleasure to work with Sumtrackr I highly recommend this to anyone who is selling in multiple channels and needs to track their inventory.

Great customer service so far, we have 4 Shopify accounts under Sumtracker updating inventory for our 10 locations around the US and Mexico. Every time we have an issue or want to get a new feature that will help us managing our stores the development team is always there to help us.
