SupaEasy: Functions Generator

I recently started using SupaEasy for managing shipping options on my e-commerce platform, and I must say, it has been an absolute game-changer.
Now, we can easily hide specific shipping methods based on the country, products tag and other cart parameters, thanks to their excellent customer support. Highly recommended!

We recently encountered a serious issue when our Shopify Script was mistakenly uninstalled, threatening to disrupt our business for days, if not weeks. Our usual developers quoted a lengthy timeframe to resolve the issue. That’s when we discovered Andrea’s app and decided to reach out.
We sent an email to their team and Andrea replied within minutes asking me to hop on call with him to figure this out, as we did.
We have never came across this type of customer service in any Shopify app before, and we have used A LOT of them in the 4 years we are in business. Andrea and his team didn't just offer a service; they delivered a masterclass in customer support and technical prowess. This app has allowed us to completely migrate our very complex membership discount perks to Functions from Shopify Script. Andrea has made himself available at all hours of the day (and night) to personally help with all the set up, troubleshoot any issues and even find solutions that circumvented Shopify's (many) limitations and made our process so much better! Good support

Exception level of service from Andrea - we were previously speaking to him via their live chat but he encouraged us to move onto a call where he took us through an in depth tour of the app and all the possibilities. He gave up over an hour of his time which I really appreciated.

I have not received this high level of service from another shopify app since I started using the platform. The app is very reasonably priced compared to others offering similar features, yet the added bonus is this app goes even further in terms of the functionality compared to others.
