SupaEasy: AI Functions creator

Supaeasy allows us to go beyond Shopify’s limitations by helping us create more personalized offers and customize settings for discounts and promotions. The support team is always quick to respond and incredibly helpful, making it a great experience overall.

This app give you all the flexibility to configure all discount options you can think off. We use it to offer a GWP in different markets and currencies with a script. Also there are plenty templates available. It is reliable, just as the support which is fast and personal. Highly recommend!

We have been using SupaEasy for over a year to power our site-wide sales for our spring, summer, fall and BFCM events. The app has been rock solid and when we have run into questions or issues the team has been very responsive in helping out. Being able to run the functions in "high performance" mode powered by Rust allows us to make sure the discounts run with carts that have a high number of line items.

As a team we have multiple custom app Functions we deploy, but SupaEasy is the perfect supplement that anyone on the team can easily set up and toggle on/off.

We recently upgraded to Shopify 2.0. With this upgrade, we had to remove our older Pack Builder (Bundle Builder) and build something from scratch that functioned similarly to our previous design to prevent any customer confusion. After trying one or two other apps with no success, we found SupaEasy, and it met all of our functionality requirements.

Our logic is on the more complex side, so there have been a few obstacles. Every time I’ve encountered an issue, Andrea has been available immediately and takes the time to explain why the problem occurred. I even spoke with him at the airport while waiting to board a flight. I told him I’d get in touch once I was at my gate, he responded right away, and the issue was resolved before I boarded.
