Their customer service is amazing, Sahar replied to my request straight away and installed the app for me
Easy installation. customer support replied quickly when I had a question. Perfect set-up. Looks clean on our cart page.
This application is great to give our customers the option to have a tick box to select "I'm a gift". The customer support team was exceptional in response time and making the requested changes. One downside of the application is that customers can't simply check the tick box but there has to be another pop up, a kind of double opt in. It's really only a minor turn off and the team customised this for us so it's not that bad really. Overall highly recommend the application!
Super friendly helpful customized help. Knocked it out of the park. So glad I found their app and will continue to use it! :-)
We have an issue that it doesn't work right of the box with the theme we use. Contacted support and the issue is rectified in 1 day. Awesome customer service!

I just checked and confirmed that our app is still installed in your lovely store, it was installed on the 9th of October, 2022 and was never uninstalled. I wish that you'd contacted us via email or chat - we are live almost 24/7 and we would have helped you right away, including refund you for the time period you thought the app was uninstalled.
I've tried to email you but never heard back - I am waiting for your reply :-)

App works well and prompt support to get proper placement of the checkbox for my theme. Great way to offer a bit of a service upgrade!
We were looking for an app to allow customers to add a message to their order in the cart (as well as the order notes). This app is quick to set up and does exactly what we were looking for.
