We have found this app to very helpful. It's easy for us to offer different styles of gift wrap and an easy way for customers to include a gift message with their purchase. They were very quick and responsive to my request to have the options removed from one product from large amount of product offerings. Great service and simple to use, just works. Limited functionality and customisability. We needed to allocate gifts to specific products but this can't be done on this app. Formatting is a bit weird if you want to add additional text. The devs were surprisingly willing to help and knowledgeable about what can and can't be done with their app, so I commend them for this! Thanks for your service.
