Excellent app – simple, effective & great support!
The setup was incredibly easy and intuitive – it took just a few minutes to install and customize. The app does exactly what it promises and fits our use case perfectly. We have found this app to very helpful. It's easy for us to offer different styles of gift wrap and an easy way for customers to include a gift message with their purchase. They were very quick and responsive to my request to have the options removed from one product from large amount of product offerings. We are a chocolate shop that offers chocolate covered strawberries that are only available for in store pick up and cannot be wrapped.

Regarding your concern, I can confirm that you were charged twice—once in March and once in April 2025. This is according to our usage-based pricing, which adjusts according to the number of orders placed in your store during each billing period.
