Thank you for your review and for letting us know. We previously sent you an email but haven’t received any response. We’ve double-checked, and currently the export feature to Excel and CSV files is working properly—both for automatic email exports and manual downloads. If you’re still experiencing any issues, please reach out to us directly so we can assist you further.
We use this app to generate custom reports that make our EOM reporting a lot simpler. They even worked with us on a discounted rate since we're a nonprofit organization. Overall a very useful app!

the app is not worth 10$ a month . If I wanted a paid app I could have installed a paid app in the first place. Shopify is garbage for allowing this practice.

Super helpful to be able to create custom reports based on the shop's data! I've been using the reports for sales, fulfilment, and insurance needs. The reports can be exported as a csv, excel, or pdf, which is very flexible for us. Each team gets their own file type that best fits their work! I also love the automated scheduled report where you get an email on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to whoever needs these reports. I highly recommend this app!

Testing, so far so good. Like the custom reports. LOVE that we can set it up to email reports on a schedule.
One thing we would like to see is adding a date range option in the inventory section.
Everything else seems to have it.
Purpose is to pull an inventory report for a specific date range or day, the same way we can do with a customer history.
Then we could do it on the fly.
I just set it up to email a daily report, so it can work going forward.
But would be really great if we could do a history.
