Great app with very advanced features- we use the automated gift card feature and it works very well. Easy to set up with simple rewards, but has the sophistication to customize and offer complex rewards for different scenarios. Support is great and super responsive. Highly recommend

I was previously using Smile.io, but the pricing was becoming too much for my small store. I just took over management of this app on our website. A customer was having problems redeeming her rewards points, so I reached out to customer support at Super VIP Tiers team. Paresh got back to me very quickly and resolved the issue. Very happy with this level of customer service.
Is there a way other than whatsapp to reach? Your app just sent out 20 emails in 10 mins to my clients and now I can't shut it off. We cannot use whatsapp in corporate environment and you have no other way to get in touch with you guys. Not professional at all to not have an email address or chat other than whatsapp. Please advise how I can shut this down so my customers stop getting all these emails? I keep getting 500 server errors when trying to shut it down myself.
