Terrible. I just uninstall the apps but it still charge to me.
Hello, I have checked this and you installed the app on October 3rd and then uninstalled it on November 1st. This is almost a month of usage on the Growth Plan and hence you have been charged. But I understand that you are not happy with the service and we can refund you the right amount. Please contact me directly on paresh@superassistant.io
Is there a way other than whatsapp to reach? Your app just sent out 20 emails in 10 mins to my clients and now I can't shut it off. We cannot use whatsapp in corporate environment and you have no other way to get in touch with you guys. Not professional at all to not have an email address or chat other than whatsapp. Please advise how I can shut this down so my customers stop getting all these emails? I keep getting 500 server errors when trying to shut it down myself.
