Super VIP Tiers & Loyalty

We just started using Super Rewards for our brand for referrals and rewards. The platform is intuitive and has lots of great options. We were having a small issue during setup, and Paresh responded right away! Good support

Then I found this rewards and loyalty app and it offers all the same features like points, referrals, and VIP tiers at a such a lower price! The only affordable app which has a lot of features too. The migration took a day, but after that it was working smoothly It's really helped our Loyalty customers, and we can't imagine not having it going forward!

Great app with very advanced features- we use the automated gift card feature and it works very well. Easy to set up with simple rewards, but has the sophistication to customize and offer complex rewards for different scenarios. Support is great and super responsive. Highly recommend

These guys are great and really want to help you get your program off the ground. They Very patiently answer questions and even take meetings when I asked them!

Is there a way other than whatsapp to reach? Your app just sent out 20 emails in 10 mins to my clients and now I can't shut it off. We cannot use whatsapp in corporate environment and you have no other way to get in touch with you guys. Not professional at all to not have an email address or chat other than whatsapp. Please advise how I can shut this down so my customers stop getting all these emails? I keep getting 500 server errors when trying to shut it down myself.

I cannot recommend Super VIP Tiers app enough. We had a slight implementation issue, but I judge a company on how they respond to issues. I was impressed that the CEO took the time to chat 1 on 1 to make sure our issue was fully resolved. This level of support is greatly appreciated and should reassure anyone looking for setting up their VIP Tiers.
