I cannot recommend Super VIP Tiers app enough. We had a slight implementation issue, but I judge a company on how they respond to issues. I was impressed that the CEO took the time to chat 1 on 1 to make sure our issue was fully resolved. This level of support is greatly appreciated and should reassure anyone looking for setting up their VIP Tiers.
The app is great - there is a lot to offer even with the free plan as compared to other loyalty apps. Paresh is very good with the support.
The app is great-they offer so many features even with the forever free plan. Customer service is outstanding as well and very quick to respond.
This app is relevant if you want to use a cheap and affordable loyalty program in your Shopify store.

After weighing up lots of programs we tried Super VIP Tiers and were not disappointed. The affordable pricing structure is great and for the price included all the features we were looking for. Choosing this app is a no brainer if you want an affordable loyalty program
They really help us at every step, not just with their Super Rewards, but also with Shopify.

I wrote a review before because the app was down for hours a couple of days ago, which made it impossible for me to use, and I couldn’t get through to customer support. When they finally replied, they just said, 'It should be fixed by now.' Today, it happened again—hours of downtime. I’ve already moved on to a different app because it feels like this one isn’t very stable.
To be fair, they were super helpful during the initial setup, which I appreciated a lot. If only there hadn’t been these system issues, it would’ve been great. Later, I was informed that- during the second outage, my store was the only one affected while everything worked fine for others. I still don’t know why it happened just to my store, and it would’ve been better if they’d looked into it sooner. Plus, it’s not the easiest to reach them quickly, especially during a system outage.
I recently took over managing the app on our website, and one of our customers encountered an issue redeeming her rewards points. I contacted the Super Rewards Team for assistance, and Paresh responded promptly. He provided clear guidance on how to embed the app directly into our Shopify theme, rather than using the widget, which resolved the problem quickly.
