They were very helpful in helping me set up my account and making all the changes I needed. I really like their customer service. Extremely helpful.

I was previously using Smile.io, but the pricing was becoming too much for my small store. Then I found this rewards and loyalty app and it offers all the same features like points, referrals, and VIP tiers at a such a lower price! The customer support is also great—they even offered a personal demo to help set everything up. If you’re looking for an affordable alternative with amazing support, this is the app for you!

So far so good. Seems quite clear and in depth, so looking forward to implementing it into my store.
Had a few questions to ask and a lovely member Paresh helped in swift time. Straight to the point and polite!

The app is working well now. The developers have been in communication with me to fix all the bugs. I am happy with the app at this time.

This app isn’t consistent. My customers are constantly asking me why they don’t have their points. I’ll email the company and get NO HELP OR ANSWERS. I want to switch to a new points program and to do so I need to spend the $99 to export my customers, but have to wait until the free trial is up to do so, no way to expedite the process. The company emails me back about a meeting but when I email questions, again, no response. I have customers with no points still and can’t find out why.
Do yourself a favor and do not get this points program!

I was really happy with the customer support offered by this app. It has great features and they also offer meeting slots on a Sunday! I have found it a very useful tool for my brand.

This app has an excellent range of features for the price for a Rewards app. Also the support is excellent. We requested a few features and they added them right away. This app truly stands toe to toe with other apps that cost double or more per month compared to Points VIP. We will see how things work over the next few months but so far so good. Would highly recommend this app.

This app has helped us fully migrate from WooCommerce Points & Rewards over to Shopify. Paresh and his team are so wonderfully helpful. They will walk you through anything you might need. The app is very user-friendly and has a great UI. I highly recommend this app over any other one available as it is affordable and is able to be integrated with many more apps than other ones out there.

This app is very nice to set up and very helpful to get more conversions over the time with rewards. i like this app and the customers like it too
