Supercart is a perfect example of what an app should be. The app itself is well designed, and incredibly straightforward. Within minutes, we were able to inject two new revenue streams into our business with the potential for more. The ease of use is just mind blowing, as we ran into no functional issues. The app itself is only matched by their support team. Aside from receiving prompt and on topic support, they went above and beyond our specific questions. Dan and the team helped adapt the design of the cart to our particular implementation leading to a seamless UX. None of our questions went unanswered, in fact answers were faster than support we have received from other app designers. I cannot personally recommend this app enough, and would be shocked if other businesses did not feel an immediate impact after implementation. Dan and team will take care of you as well.

The conversion rate for the add-ons is phenomenal. I'm using Rush Processing and Order Insurance and about a third of customers are selecting one or both. Saves them emailing or calling to request rush service. Better for them and better for us :) Plus, Andrei's support is superb. Fast and friendly. I'll be recommending his Supercart app to my fellow shopify store owners.

A useful & practical app. We used it to add extended returns & gift packaging services for the holiday season. There are plenty of other services as well. The promos & bundles are also one-of-a-kind features to bundle & promote products in the cart.

They helped us with some custom coding to make the app work for some of our websites. Would highly recommend this app and team to anyone.

This app pays for itself. The insurance feature has helped us recover a ton of losses due to packages going missing. It also reduces ticket time and frustration from the customer. I'm always wary of apps and how they'll work on my site, but Dan from customer service addressed every concern with lightning quick responses. Really happy!

This app is legit. It has great functionality and doesn't impact your store's speed at all. In addition, as has been stated in other reviews, the service behind this app is outstanding. We had an issue that required custom work to make the app function properly and they went above and beyond to make it all happen. The app is great and the support behind it is even better. Extremely satisfied with the app. Not only easy to setup and use, but due to amount of features built-in it has also allowed me to reduce other apps. From the small assistance I did require I found the support to be very helpful. So far so good, thank you guys
