SuperSMS.AI ‑ AI SMS Marketing

I tried sending a text alert twice today and neither alert was sent. I contacted the company via chat and email and have not gotten a response. This app has worked well for me in the past. I am unsure of what's happening as customer support hasn't been any help. I really wish I could get some help with this matter!

UPDATE: After +24 hours of unexpected downtime, the app is fully functional again. Still no contact or explanation. Removed a star for the lack of customer service support. Otherwise, we have had years of good service with no complaints.

After several years of good service, the service began acting up occasionally these last few months.

The last couple weeks, the shopify integration has stopped working (although one could visit the website and use the service) and contact with the Devs was attempted, with no response.

Today, the app is 100% down without notice.
No contact from the devs.
We are disappoint.

I'm changing my five star review to one star. I have deactivated my store of eleven years and getting someone to refund my balance has been nearly impossible. Not only that, but all of my automated campaigns have been turned off, and yet somehow, the system is still sending them to customers, and still spending the account balance. I will definitely not be recommending Supercharged SMS Marketing to others and I will definitely not be using it for my new business.

We have used this app for several months now! It works wonderfully for my shop's needs. It's set it and forget it - which is fantastic for our automated workflow. It's also easy to get in touch with someone if needed, but we've rarely had to do so. So happy we found this app and will continue using it.
