Works good so far. We do not do SMS campaigns yet, but we use it for one-one communication with specific customers, and it's been working so far
It's so great to have an sms interface attached to my Shopify store! It takes marketing to the next level as a lot of times I get more sales via text than email messaging! It's super intuitive and easy to use! Big up to the developer(s) who make entrepreneurs like me a little less stressed and a lot more blessed!
App is fine but support level is below poor. I submitted questions twice by using the support option on my Shopify admin and never received a reply. I wonder why?
This app works really well for our needs; any issues I've had were quickly addressed by the Supercharged Team. We will continue using this app for all our customer communication needs. Thank you
