Worst experience. I pay for it and never works, they never respond. They don't have any support. The worst app that i have installed

this help me a lot with its flexibility, if you are looking for AMP apps, you should try this one.

This app supercharged my store and the best out there if you want to get AMP and PWA for you online shop in search engines and this app has a free plan as well. Support is top of the line as well as they really fix your support problems unlike some other app that only pretend to fix.

great app so far but havent seen any results yet. customer service is great and they respond really fast. if results are produced, i will update my review to 5 stars because everything else about this app is that good .

48 hours and STILL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE!
When you message them the bot comes on and says typical response time is 15 minutes. Well the 15 minutes is over and so are 15 hours.

2nd May was a Sunday and unfortunately, we do not have active customer support on a Sunday.
Usually, we take 48 hours to reply, and as I can see here, we have replied to your message on 4th May in the morning. As we've replied in the email & live chat, you were testing your normal pages and not AMP pages. Hence, results that you saw were of your normal pages.

I tried this app because it looked very promising but after trying to get in touch with support after my first 2 failed attempts I was told to get priority support, I needed to upgrade my plan and that their regular support was only available in a certain window of time and the first 2 attempts were within that time frame (I have a screenshot) I can not stress enough that they take offense when questioned and say things like "do not threaten us" or "we feel attacked", They are childish. save your time and money people, you will only end up angry and frustrated

UPDATE (20 Feb 2020): To make this right, we've contacted the merchant and offered them our best plan for free for one month.

For the context, these are your exact words at 8 AM IST: "I will have no alternative but to delete your app and give you the worst review you have ever seen. MY TIME IS JUST AS VALUABLE AS YOURS IF NOT MORE SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!". Also we haven't replied with "we feel attacked" ever on chat. It seems you've copied it from our response to our first 1 star review :)
In addition to this, even though our support starts at 11 AM, we’ve replied to your queries at 9.13 AM.

no support provided on chat, it seems there is no one to look after sales service. it looks like they made it and just left it.

Is it possible for me to still keep my regular product page but have AMP? I don't want the page ceated by Superchargify.
