I have worked with Supercycle for a couple of months now and I have had an AMAZING experience. They have completely changed the way I do business for the better and I cannot imagine running my rental company without them! Ryan and his team are extremely helpful and responsive. No question went unanswered!
Renting clothes is surely the way forward if we want to stop over-consuming. When I started SuperLooper there were no complete off-the-shelf rental platforms so we had to try to do it ourselves. With no real budget and no full-time tech expertise, this was a nightmare and meant it has taken us ages to get to where we wanted to be in the first place! Then Supercycle came along ... and literally turned our tech nightmares into tech dreams! Ryan and his team are so knowledgeable, so creative and helpful, so patient and know exactly what needs to be done. They also genuinely want to help positive change happen when it comes to consuming more sustainably which is such a big feature of the rental movement. I can't recommend this app and team more highly.
