For complex business use, I suggest adding a trigger for generating invoices and proforma invoices, in addition to the status, also by the payment method of the order. This would solve the omnichannel scenario when an e-shop order or Shopify POS order is paid in the store or upon pickup and generating invoices is not desired. Michal

The app does its core job reliably - invoices are generated quite well, and for a standard B2C store that is likely all you need.

Two things to be aware of before you sign up.

Support speed: when invoice generation fails, you need an answer the same day. A guaranteed fast response is only available on the 49€/month plan, which is hard to justify if you need one quick answer a month. The team is planning an in-app view showing which orders had generation issues and why, which should reduce the need to write in at all.

B2B: if you sell to businesses, the app is simpler than you might expect. Business customers usually create their account first and expect to enter their VAT number and billing address there - but the customer account has no VAT number field, and invoices cannot be downloaded from it either. So business billing details end up being added or corrected manually on every order.

That said, the team has been open and honest in communication about what they can and cannot build, which counts for a lot - so I am hopeful this gets addressed.

Overall: solid for B2C invoicing, worth checking the details first if B2B is a meaningful part of your business.
