With Superhappy installed you will have a Help Center, directly on your store, where customers can go for support.

Help Desk

  • For every support request that comes in, a ticket will be created. Each ticket gives you information about the customer, the order, past orders, past tickets from the same customer, etc.

Your shop's Help Center has three key elements:

Knowledge Base

  • Help your customers help themselves: your Knowledge Base is a collection of helpful articles, answers to the most frequently asked questions or detailed product documentation.

Order Status Page

  • One of the most common question for any store is: Where is my order? With an Order Status Page customers can get an answer instantly.

Contact Form

  • Your Knowledge Base and Order Status Page will reduce the number if support requests you will get, but if a customer still has a question, there is contact form to reach you.

    If you're downloading this app for its Support Desk feature, don't bother. I found that out the hard way. I contacted the team multiple times through the chat option and through email about not being to click on my customer's tickets, and I never received a response. Not only that, but I continued getting countless (and I mean COUNTLESS) spam tickets from the app on my dashboard and through my email too. THOSE I were able to click on though, funnily enough. Everything else seems to work, but the Support Desk feature was a massive let down.

    SuperHappy is an amazing help desk application, I was looking for some changes and the support team were right on it and helped me out. Extremeley easy to use and first time setup was a piece of cake, highly recommend this app!
