Supermoon: AI Customer Support

Customer service is great, tool is amazing. At first I wasn't sure but then the team told me that I had to spend more time training the AI. After training Supermoon has been very helpful. Responses are great and the longer I use it the better it gets.

Integration with Shopify is seamless; having customer and order details readily accessible within Supermoon has improved our support accuracy and efficiency. We haven't tested the Smart Contact Form but looking forward to that.

I've been really impressed with Supermoon. The Smart Contact form is a clever way to quickly provide answers to our customers questions without making it difficult for them to still message us. We've been surprised by how many customer inquiries we've been able to resolve through these. Our customer feedback is also really positive. Supermoon has also been quick to answer our questions and help us out when we need it. It's been very refreshing to get that kind of service.

Great support and a clean system with everything you need. More features coming all the time. The AI reply suggestions should just get better and better the more we use Supermoon. We really like the integration with Gmail which is way better than other systems we have tested.
