Great platform but products pricing is off and shipping costs are too high when factoring the additional subscription fees and the extensive time it takes to create labels/ setup initially. ie Supliful Jojoba Face Oil 30ml wholesale price before we mark it up to sell is $11.50USD when its commercially available anywhere at $13USD - even in higher priced boutiques. It does feel like we are paying you to sell your products to consumers who will need to pay more for them in the end. Perhaps revise the pricing matrix and I hope to jump back on board then as the platform is looking great!

We understand how pricing can be a concern, and we want to clarify that the price you see on our platform includes not only the product itself but also the cost of on-demand fulfillment. This allows you to avoid the need for bulk purchasing, warehousing, and shipping logistics, as we handle everything on our end.
That being said, if you prefer to purchase in bulk and manage fulfillment yourself, you can absolutely receive a similar, if not better, price compared to other suppliers.

Very good app with very limited shipping routes, as I live in a country not within these shipping locations I cant connect my card, making it unusable. If this was to change it would be a very helpful tool.

In the meantime, we’d like to highlight that you can still sell our products in large markets such as US and Canada, even if you’re located elsewhere. Many of our users successfully run their businesses from various countries while targeting those key markets.

trying to get started, made plenty of labels and all. placed my sample order and have received no feedback. None of my emails have been answered. Would love to start my brand but no answers isnt making it easy

App works well. Easily integrated. Good support. I just wish there was a wider array of supplements, less than 60 supplements. There are some pretty common supplements not included that really should be. I think if they can work on increasing the number of supplements, I would increase the rating to a 4 star. The Prices for supplements are also too high, especially for starters. the 15% discount for membership isn't significant when you are paying shipping starting at $6 per order. The shipping is way too expensive and doesn't leave much margin for profit. Also, I was pretty frustrated to find out that the first customer who ordered product from my store that was a supliful item had 3 damaged capsules, that is just on one order, so I hope that was a mistake and not the typical product. If Supliful could increase the number of supplements it has, improve the prices, and maybe improve quality control I would easily change to 5 stars.
