SUPLIFUL: White Label Products

This is a great product but needs major refining when it comes to user set-up, training docs and overall response time.

Good Supplier, the product is okay, the price is reasonable. the only thing I dont agree is the $6 shipping for a 1-4 day first class shipping (Mostly it takes 4 days). They couldve gone low price with that shipping or use priority shipping. But overall I am liking the app

I like that they put your label on the products and ship them out to your customers. so you dont have to fulfill the your orders

i like i wish there were more flavors for the whey protien such as vanilla and other flavors that i could sell but i think its a pretty good site tho

App works well. Easily integrated. Good support. I just wish there was a wider array of supplements, less than 60 supplements. There are some pretty common supplements not included that really should be. I think if they can work on increasing the number of supplements, I would increase the rating to a 4 star. The Prices for supplements are also too high, especially for starters. the 15% discount for membership isn't significant when you are paying shipping starting at $6 per order. The shipping is way too expensive and doesn't leave much margin for profit. Also, I was pretty frustrated to find out that the first customer who ordered product from my store that was a supliful item had 3 damaged capsules, that is just on one order, so I hope that was a mistake and not the typical product. If Supliful could increase the number of supplements it has, improve the prices, and maybe improve quality control I would easily change to 5 stars.

So far so good, but because I am in the beginning of this process, I am giving it 4 stars all together for the website, content and ease of use. I will update it to 5 stars as soon as I see that it's actually working as I hope it is, with order fullfiling and shipping/delivery.

I cannot say more great things. Very simply integration with my website, user face is easy , production customization and photos could not be easier to customize.

The idea behind Supliful is a very good one, I have not seen anyone do a print-on-demand service for supplements before. A few improvements could be made like instead of showing the prices in USD also have the ability to show the prices in AUD as well as any other places you supply too. Another good thing as well would be to have a better customer service experience, I've found many times that I would rather speak to a person rather than go to an faq pr automatic question-answering bot. I do understand it is a bit tricky as you are based in the USA however a bit unfortunate for customers in Australia. A few pointers to take away; Improve customer service, and make pricing more transparent. Thats all I can really comment on if those were improved then I would have no issue changing the 4 to a 5 star.

so far loving it but subscriptions are a little high but I will say they have very affordable products that allow us to profit greatly so it is worth it but if your like me, I'll be using the free version until it pays for itself !

I love how easy this app is to use and how well it integrates with my store. It works seamlessly with Canva, which makes creating labels a breeze. I gave it 4 stars because they do not ship to Canada, otherwise I would give it 5.
