I think the labeling was good but the color of the canisters wasn't changeable and it made the collection look a little different. Otherwise this really helped us make a better website.

Currently, it is impossible to change the look of the product packages as that is how they arrive at our warehouse from the manufacturers. We hope to make it possible in the future.

It is easy to update and upload product from Suplify to Shopify. But the text format does not appear the same between the two. I always have to edit more in Shopify. I haven't launched my site yet. But I don't see the product description in my website under construction. I haven't figured out if that is a Suplify issue or something I need to set on Shopify. The service support is pleasant and timely. But I do still have one or two outstanding questions which by now may have been forgotten. One such question was about USDA organic label. Some of your products say USDA organic. But can you provide the label to put on our product label? How do I verify that the product is indeed organic certified? I like most of your products. I wish you carried more herbal extracts in liquid form and liquid filled soft gel products. More products with herbs please...

Will be updating this later with more experience! I think this is a great place to get started, however... I wish all these websites would stop acting like they are free until you've put all the work in and are ready to put it to use. Like the watermarks on makeups.. Seriously? However, I'll sub to their subscription to see if it gets any better. I shall let you all know, so you don't have to waste your money first!

Ther lifestyle high-quality images of the product is a bonus - creating those images yourself would cost you way more than the subscription fee. I'm not one to write bad reviews but unfortunately I couldn't hold back on this one. Im very disappointed with whatever operation they have running over there but clearly its just not stable. I have been waiting almost a full month for a new batch of product to be delivered which has been delayed at least 4 times, while having over 800 unfulfilled orders and a bunch of angry customers. It's ok if you just want to test the waters and start a business but once you start receiving a large volume of orders just know that they are not prepared to handle all that heat at once. I'm willing to change this review in the future, but for now, Supliful has completely ran my business to the ground and has left me totally disappointed.

We dearly apologize for the sourcing issues we experienced last month. Unfortunately, since we do not manufacture any of the products, sometimes we run into sourcing issues with the producers. Also, some products might be low on stock due to seasonal lack of ingredients. Nevertheless, we always ask our merchants to contact us when they see an increase in their sales so we can plan our restock accordingly to the upcoming volumes. We cannot make precise forecasting without knowing what is going on on your side.
We really hope you will give us another chance, and we will do our best to improve all aspects of our fulfillment services.

I like how easy it is to navigate through Suplifuls app. I wish I found them Sooner. They also have so many products to choose from to grow and scale an online business.
