I think you should really look into why your products are not being sold through my Shopify account I can see by the easy to follow information from your site the problem isnt you guys. I was not aware I had to learn all of Shopify functionality to use it.

So here is my update on 7/24/2024. Customer services finally got back to me and was helpful. The process takes a little bit of time to learn but now that I understand it better it's fairly easy to use. I ordered my first samples and I'm excited to see how everything goes.

I just started using Supliful and already I'm not sure if I will continue with them. i sent two emails already asking question and still not one reply. They have great products but only give the bare minimum info about them for example the Manuka coffee does not state where the beans are from nor does it give the Unique Manuka Factor (UMF) or the Methylglyoxal (MGO) content. I created a custom label so I can add it to my shop but it doesn't tell me if it is in review or not. As stated I emailed twice asking these questions and have not gotten an answer.
For now I will not be adding the products to my shop as my customers expect high quality products but with prompt and reliable customer service. If i can't get answers then I can't provide my customers with the high quality customer service my brand is known for. Hopefully this gets addressed and I can add these coffees to my already amazing product lineup.

Email response might take up to a few hours during peak hours. Great products and professional staff. My only issue is I have been waiting for a week after an order for label approval. I would highly suggest doing a test order because I am going to have to refund my first sale because it is taking so long

Please check your email associated with your Supliful account and follow the instructions provided by our customer support team so we can verify your label and fulfill the order asap. Once the label is verified, all following orders containing that product will not need to be verified again.

Supliful has been mostly great. The only thing I wish was better is the fulfillment time and if an item is out of stock it takes a while to get back. Maybe anticipate better when a item is about to run out to order ahead of time? Otherwise its been good

We are working hard to improve our stock forecasting, as it is often hard to predict when the order volume might grow, especially if we do not get a heads-up from the creators. So far so good. I love the user interface and it's super easy to edit templates to your label in Canva. Mockups look awesome, although I'm unsure of how accurate to file they will be until samples received. Excited to release my brand with the quality products Supliful provides. My only hope is that fulfillment and shipping runs as smooth as setup and modification. Wish me luck :)

Suppliful really does take away the hard part of wanting to create your own supplements. The direct connection to shopify, the simplistic user interface, and even the products in the catalog are filled with various information that allows anyone with no experience to get set up and running in no time. Even more, the services they offer can fast track you to a successful business quickly... Truly a blessing. My only recommendation would be if they could have a faster shipping option. I haven't found a subscription or any service that can expedite the processing and shipping times... so most orders are taking at minimum a week to two weeks to get delivered. Would be nice to have the option and I believe it would allocate a lot more business for them and the people that use there services. Otherwise, I've had worse shipping times elsewhere and I have nothing to complain about Suppliful overall. I rate 8/10. Thank you guys for your services!
