So far so good. I love the user interface and it's super easy to edit templates to your label in Canva. Mockups look awesome, although I'm unsure of how accurate to file they will be until samples received. Excited to release my brand with the quality products Supliful provides. My only hope is that fulfillment and shipping runs as smooth as setup and modification. Wish me luck :)

Great so far, discovered a bug where supliful charhes the Price i have set tho, so even increasing Price by 105% they just charge me that price + shipping fr all customers who buy

We started working with Supliful a while ago. We're still setting things up, but so far we really like the concept and features. We're yet to get things up and running to be able to provide more feedback regarding the whole business and fulfilment part.
As for the branding options, it would be great to be able to customize product recipients (i.e. material), and boxes/packages.

A quality app that integrates well with Shopify. The products themselves have a higher cost than I originally expected, leaving a very tiny margin for my business. They make the initial setup very straight forward. I haven't fulfilled any customer orders yet, so I won't comment on their ability to deliver what they've promised. Overall I am not disappointeed at this stage, and will update after I've used this company for some time.

Supliful has been mostly great. The only thing I wish was better is the fulfillment time and if an item is out of stock it takes a while to get back. Maybe anticipate better when a item is about to run out to order ahead of time? Otherwise its been good

We are working hard to improve our stock forecasting, as it is often hard to predict when the order volume might grow, especially if we do not get a heads-up from the creators. We always encourage store owners to reach out to us before launching a product campaign to make sure we can provide the required stock volumes.
