Groove is the best customer service software we've tested. Many features that are constantly evolving, and support always available to help. We totally recommend this app.
Groove has been our CS solution for years, and we are completely blown away at this new integration. Our resolution time has plummeted. Refunds, exchanges, order updates and replacements all happen in *minutes* and our team members never have to leave the Groove portal. No toggling between tabs. No heavy onboarding. It's all in front of you and it's so, so simple.
Congrats to the Groove team. One of the best "new" app experiences we've had on Shopify.
We've been using Groove for our customer support for a few years now, we are very happy with their product. Their new integration with Shopify is great. We now have pretty much all information we need about the customer at hand. We can issue refunds, cancel orders and see order details without leaving Groove and switch between Groove and Shopify. I hope they will bring out some other features, but this new integration is already super powerful. Saves us a lot of time!
