We initially considered writing a set of FAQ documents directly in Shopify as standard pages but thought I'd try this app. Blown away by how easy it is to setup and how much more professional it looks than using Shopify pages. Support is fantastic too! Highly recommended.

cannot change the colour of the icon, and integration is complicated, I don't see my path how to add my into my page

You are right!
We need more colors for the icon pack for the category icons and we could have done a much better job at communicating how to set up a link to the FAQ pages in your theme's footer section.
Sometimes after spending so much time on developing an app, it's harder to see it from fresh eyes, the curse of knowledge if you will. Thank you for pointing this out! 🤝

That plus the custom CSS option that's also launching soon will give you complete control over how the help center pages look and feel on your store.

I chose this app because I love the appearance. I believe it is a friendly interface for my customers. The customer service is very attentive and helpful as I learn the process of setting up a Shopify store.
Very clean app, fast, and amazing design, best you will find. Jovis is also a great support with difficult questions and has a wealth of knowledge, this app is well priced and does much better than others. Do yourself a favour and install this you will not be disappointed. I have tried a few help centre, FAQ apps and have found none that compares.

I used this App in my store and it's already looking great! It's very simple to set up and you get a lot of different design and layout options. The precise user interface and good handling adds a lot of trust and value to every shop.
Every plan is definitely worth the price!
Very impressed so far. Still a few tweaks missing here and there but definitely worth it and will convert into a paid customer as soon as the paid plan comes out!
