It took me a minute to figure out how to use it, but once i did it everything was easy and it worked very well, price is on point compared to what i was using before.

This app is great! It really makes communicating FAQs with customers very noticeable. The setup is easy and the design is very sleek. Also, they give good and timely support.

I am not a developer, I am a shop owner that manages my own website. I was trying to get something to work (embedded video in FAQ) and was struggling. I was ready to give up and try another app but I messaged their support team. Sarika was amazing. Her patience and understanding of my issue was great and she stuck with me until we figured it out. I went from thinking this app was not for me to realizing it was perfect - and just what I was looking for.
