Zendeskのようなヘルプデスクも良いのですが、Gorgiasというサービスを別ですでに使っているので、Zendeskでは無駄な機能がありすぎる上に価格が高いという問題がありました。
このアプリは、使いやすいですし、本当に必要なFAQだけを利用することができたのでとても良かったです。
